• Details about your printer (brand, model number, the issue you’re experiencing, and the device you print from);

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use the information you submit to respond to your request and provide troubleshooting help. Specifically, we use it to:

• Send you the guidance or follow-up you asked for by email;
• Contact you by phone if you explicitly asked us to (the phone-contact option is off unless you turn it on);
• Understand which issues are most common so we can improve our guides.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to a call, a member of our team may contact you by phone about your request. You can decline further calls at any time.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We use a third-party email delivery provider solely to transmit your form submission to our support inbox. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep submission details only as long as needed to assist you and to keep reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.
